All food in the Market Square Conference Center must be prepared, delivered, and assembled by a licensed caterer. No homemade or store-bought foods are permitted. All catering must enter the Conference Center through the loading dock. No deliveries are permitted through the lobby and front doors of the conference center. After you have booked catering, let your Amenity Manager know the delivery window and name of the caterer so they may properly alert the loading dock to ensure a smooth delivery.
Serving alcohol is generally not permitted in the Market Square Conference Center. You must have explicit written approval from the building to serve alcohol in the Conference Center. Requests are addressed on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted no later than three (3) business days before the event. When submitting a request, you must provide proof of a liquor license and COI for a licensed bartender. If the correct materials are not supplied in sufficient time, you will be prohibited from serving alcohol.
When making a reservation, tenants must budget time for set-up and clean-up. This includes catering delivery. Catering partners cannot arrive before the reservation begins and must completely load-out before the reservation ends. No items are permitted to be put in the space before the reservation start time or left in the space after the reservation is over. You cannot leave items overnight to be collected the following day by a catering partner, they must be removed by the catering partner during the duration of the reservation or taken to the tenant’s suite.
