Credits are required to reserve meeting space in the conference center and help regulate use so that all tenants have reasonable access to the shared amenity. Each tenant company is provided with a starting credit balance at no cost each year.
Your starting credit balance is determined by a proprietary algorithm that includes factors like the square footage each tenant occupies. When logged into the online reservation system, your credit balance is displayed on the top right of the screen at all times.
Credits do not roll over year-to-year. If you need more credits than your allotment for the current year, additional credits can be purchased in the billing section of your account. In order to purchase additional credits, a payment method must be associated with the account. ACH payments and all major credit cards are accepted.
