Editing a Reservation

Standard Users can only edit or cancel their own reservations while Admins can modify any reservation made by Users in their organization. To modify an existing reservation:

  1. Navigate to and log in.

  2. Click the profile icon in the top right of your screen and select > Reservations from the menu.

  3. Find the desired event in the list and click the down arrow on the > right of the card to expand the reservation details.

  4. Click Edit on the section you wish to modify and proceeds > through the steps to update your reservation.

  5. Remember to click Save Changes when done.

Credit Changes

Note: Any edits shortening the reservation less than two (2) business days before the beginning of the event will result in the forfeiture of the difference in credit cost.
