Making a Reservation

Any user with an authorized account can reserve space in the conference center, provided they have access to an adequate credit balance. To make a reservation:

  1. Navigate to https://msq.compound.re and log in.

  2. Click Reserve Space.

  3. Use the Event Date filter option to narrow the results to the > day you wish to reserve.

  4. From there, you can use the # of Attendees, Event Duration, > and Features filters to narrow the results to rooms that meet > your requirements.

  5. Click View Calendar on the room you wish to book. You will see > the scheduling calendar where you can visualize where that room is > free and already booked.

  6. Drag and drop the reservation selector to fit the time you like to > reserve the space for, including set-up and clean-up time.

  7. Click Configure Space.

  8. Enter the # of Attendees and select the Layout you prefer > from the dropdown.

  9. Click Review Reservation.

  10. Add the title of your event and any notes for your Amenity Manager, > like catering details.

  11. If you would like, add a Co-Organizer. This person will receive a > copy of the confirmation email and will be contacted as well with > any questions about the event.

  12. Click the checkbox to agree to the Term of Service and then > click Complete Reservation.

If you have successfully completed the reservation process, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your reservation.
