Standard Operating Hours¶
Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
You may book as early as 5:00am and as late as 11:00pm, but the events that begin before 7:00 a.m. or end after 7:00 p.m. incur an increased credit cost of 50 credits/hour in addition to the standard cost of the room(s). You must accept this additional cost to book an event in those windows in the software.
When making a reservation, tenants must budget time for set-up and clean-up. This includes catering delivery. Catering partners cannot arrive before the reservation begins and must completely load-out before the reservation ends. No items are permitted to be put in the space before the reservation start time or left in the space after the reservation is over. You cannot leave items overnight to be collected the following day by a catering partner, they must be removed by the catering partner during the duration of the reservation or taken to the tenant’s suite.
