Setting Spend Controls

Adding a New Spending Limit

  1. Navigate to the dropdown menu on the upper right-hand corner and > select Account.

  2. On the Account page, click the Controls tab from the bar at > the top of the page.

  3. Click +New.

  4. Select the Users you want the spending rule to apply to and click > +Add All Users.

  5. Confirm that the list of selected users is complete and correct and > click Apply.

  6. Add a limit name and select if you want this limit to be the default > for new Users.

  7. Add the transaction limit and click Save.

Changing Spending Limit of a User

  1. Navigate to the dropdown menu on the upper right-hand corner and > select Account.

  2. On the Account page, click the Users tab from the bar at the > top of the page.

  3. Find the User you would like to modify.

  4. In the Spending Limit column, click the current limit applied to > that user.

  5. Select a different Spending Limit from the dropdown or Custom > option.

  6. Click Save.
